Coaching

I now provide personal coaching for all levels on rock or at the gym.

The training is for beginners and advanced climbers.

The training is divided in 3 modules of 3 months.

1. Questionaire.

2. Personal assessment (lifestyle, diet, exercise)

3. The Modules.

Module 1 'Foundation'

Module 1 is intended to analyse, understand and give you insight in your personal climbing strenghts and weaknesses. In this module we also make the preperation for Module 2 by building base strength

Module 2 'Building strength'

Module 2 is all about the training and building up strength in fingers and body. This involves fingertraining (repeaters, hangboard), circuit training and ringtraining. This module will also provide you with the knowledge to continue the training on your own after we finish the modules.

Module 3 'The final touch'

Module 3 is about fine tuning. Because climbing is such a diverse sport it is important to know exactly what you want to achieve when you start training. Setting goals and doing the right things to achieve them.
