we just came back from a short vacation in Zillertal and Chironico. We had never before visited Zillertal and were keen on climbing on some of those visually impressive boulders in green fields next to a snowy mountaintop...
We both felt a bit weak, some kind of virus we caught in Belgium last week and decided to climb a lot of boulders instead of projecting.
As we soon found out that was a very good idea because Zillertal turned out to have some very spicy grades.
This trip was a classic van-climber-bumm-road trip, washing in ice-cold river water and cooking in the van.
This short movie can give you an impression of our trip with a selection of the most beautifull blocs we climbed.
